Packet network diagrams
Here are some diagrams of the links between the ten West Australian
BBSes. They are current as at June 2003.
All BBSes run various versions of the F6FBB
packet radio BBS software either under DOS or ever increasingly, the
modern multitasking Linux operating
system.
These maps don't take into account the VK6 APRS automatic positioning
network. Although two BBSes have APRS ports, the APRS network is
generally independant of the BBS forwarding and ordinary packet systems.
These were created using Microsoft Visio and (unfortunately) are best
viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
